The weekend is a celebration of Chilean cuisine and is an informal weekend with the best of Chilean Food & Wine.
On Friday evening, there will a tasting of four different Chilean wines accompanied by a light buffet of Chilean Foods.
After a leisurely, cooked to order breakfast on Saturday morning, Professor Michael Gibbons will take you on a 3 to 4 hour guided walk of the Renvyle Peninsula providing a wealth of knowledge on the area – both historic and archaeological.
On Saturday night there will be a banquet of Chilean themed courses. Wines from the Caballo Loco vineyard and there will be special guests and of course there will be live bar entertainment on both evenings after dinner.
