'Ceol na Mara Summer School of Strings' will be taking place in the Connemara West Centre between the 18th and the 24th July. It is a non residential music course designed to give string players of all ages and standards the opportunity to meet and play music together. As well as classes in chamber music and individual lessons, the students will have Irish traditional music workshops and will have the opportunity to participate in sean nos singing and dancing. All this, with the benefits of time spent in the scenic beauty of the Connemara countryside has proven to be an ideal combination to make it an enjoyable experience for all.
